Are There Any Unique Rules That Make Pickleball Different to Badminton?

In pickleball, the non-volley zone can't be volleyed. However, in badminton, the shuttlecock (the light cone-like object hit in badminton) is always volleyed because it can't bounce.

Badminton players serve within the court, while pickleball players serve from behind the baseline, much like tennis.

In pickleball, the first team to achieve 11 points wins unless both sides have 10 points. In such a case, they must continue playing until they win by at least two points.

In badminton, the first team to hit 21 points wins the game. However, if both teams score 20 points each, the game will continue until one team has a two-point advantage over their opponents.
