When you purchase any CRBN Paddle, from our online store, you get a 30-day risk-free trial. You can put our paddles to the test for a full month, and if it doesn't quite serve up the performance you desire, you can either exchange it for one of our other dynamic models or return it for a full refund. We even pay the return shipping!* Our commitment to your satisfaction is as fierce as your game, and we're here to assist you in making the perfect choice!

Note: You’re welcome to test out overgrips, edge guard weights, and edge guard tape without any issue. However, if you modify the paddle’s structure, face, or butt cap, we reserve the right to deny a return request. For example, if you remove the butt cap and replace it with a weighted one, we won’t be able to accept your return. Just something to keep in mind!

Non-Paddle Return Policy

For any product that is not a paddle, you still have 30 days to decide. However, all labels, tags, and original packaging must be intact, and the product must be in perfect condition to be eligible. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method only.
