UNIBODY DESIGN
Other brands attach their handle to a separate paddle face creating a weak joint at the neck where the paddle can flex and eventually break. We utilize a unibody design with carbon fiber running from the face down through the handle which stiffens the paddle, makes it more responsive and durable, and provides a more ergonomic grip.

Out of the box, the paddle was 7.8oz and the balance point was 9 inches from the bottom of the handle. Had to experiment with weighting as it felt too heavy on the swing, but I liked the swing weight. I tried a counterbalance by weighting the handle (one strip on each side, making it 8oz), that did the trick. Now it's perfect! Very happy with this paddle.

So far… so good. Nothing really noteworthy to say other than I like the pop and the ability to spin with less effort in a new paddle.

I really love the control and power when I need it of the CRBN X square paddle. I tried to use the new Foam Core paddle and just could not control the power, so ordered an X to replace my old paddle and love it.

This paddle has a generous sweet spot and is responsive and nicely balanced. Its gritty surface has allowed me to improve the variety of my shots and the spin that I can put on them. I recommend it highly (except to my opponents!).
