CRBN Club Membership Terms and Conditions

CRBN CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the CRBN Club Membership program. By purchasing or participating in the CRBN Club Membership program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as CRBN Pickleball’s Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in the Program.

  1. Program Overview and Eligibility
    The CRBN Club Membership program, referred to as the “Membership” or “Program,” is offered by CRBN Pickleball LLC, referred to as “CRBN,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” The Program is available to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

  2. Enrollment and Membership Fee
    Enrollment in the Membership is completed by purchasing the CRBN Club Membership through crbnpickleball.com. The Membership requires a one-time payment of thirty dollars (USD), or such other amount as may be posted at the time of purchase. The Membership fee is non-refundable except as required by law. Upon successful purchase, you will receive Membership status and access to the benefits described below.

  3. Membership Benefits
    Subject to these Terms, Members may receive the following benefits:

Immediate store credit issued upon sign-up in the amount advertised at the time of purchase, such as thirty dollars in store credit.

Ten percent off qualifying purchases through a Members-only discount code.

Early access to select product launches prior to public release.

Extended return windows on eligible purchases.

Priority customer support.

Access to Members-only promotions, digital content, community access, events, and other exclusive benefits.

All benefits are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at CRBN’s sole discretion without prior notice.

  1. Store Credit
    Store credit issued as part of the Membership has no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. Store credit may be subject to expiration or additional terms disclosed at the time of issuance. Store credit may only be applied to eligible purchases on crbnpickleball.com and may be subject to product exclusions.

  2. Members-Only Discount Code
    Members will receive access to a Members-only discount code providing ten percent off qualifying purchases. The discount code may be subject to exclusions, including but not limited to limited releases, special edition products, gift cards, bundled products, or other items designated by CRBN. The discount code may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly permitted. The discount has no cash value, may not be transferred, and may not be redeemed for cash. CRBN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the discount benefit at any time.

  3. Member Responsibilities
    Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their account credentials. Members are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

  4. Modification or Termination of the Program
    CRBN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program, any individual benefit, or any Member’s participation at any time and for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. CRBN may update these Terms from time to time, and updates will be effective upon posting on the website.

  5. Privacy
    Participation in the Membership Program is subject to CRBN’s Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRBN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Membership Program or these Terms.

  7. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  8. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with CRBN’s Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Membership Program and supersede any prior understandings relating to the Program.
