Thank you for your patience as we navigate the high demand of the revolutionary CRBN TruFoam Genesis paddle line. This launch has exceeded our expectations and we are excited to continue to provide you with industry leading tech. Below you will find more information about when your TFG paddle orders will ship. To help you maintain your retail sales will be split shipping orders as soon as they become available. There will be NO additional shipping cost to you.
If you have an order currently waiting to ship, here are the correlating order dates and expected ship dates.
Orders placed on or before 2/22/25-
- CRBN TFG 1, we are all caught up!
- CRBN TFG 2, we are all caught up!
- CRBN TFG 3, we are all caught up!
Orders placed after 2/22/24-
- Begin fulfilling mid-April

TFG Demo’s are becoming available as we push forward. More information will be provided regarding demo availability and ordering TruFoam Demo Paddles.
Yes, but TruFoam orders placed on or after 3/17/25, will ship as product becomes available. We anticipate that we will have full inventories by the end of April. In the meantime, we will be shipping TruFoam orders as fast as we produce them.
Pre-Ordering CRBN TruFoam paddles:
We encourage you to place orders for TruFoam Paddles, but to do so separately from other CRBN products. As a thank you to your brand loyalty, CRBN will cover shipping costs* on TruFoam preorders, until we are fully restocked.
Ordering assorted CRBN products, including TruFoam paddles:
If you place an order that includes both TruFoam Paddles and other CRBN products, your order will be placed on hold and shipped together when all products become available. Though we cannot provide an accurate date at this time, you will be updated as we continue to fill orders.
