CRBN Pickleball 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At CRBN, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality pickleball gear. We stand behind our products and offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this warranty policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Warranty Duration:

All registered CRBN paddles, bags, and glasses come with a 1-YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturer defects and workmanship, starting from the date of receipt and covering the following 365 days.

CRBN water bottles, however, come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturer defects, ensuring that you’re covered for the entire lifetime of the product.

If you purchased your gear from a third-party retailer, you must register your gear within the first 14 days of purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Eligibility and Proof of Purchase:

The warranty is only valid for the original owner of the item when it was purchased in new condition and is non-transferable. You must provide proof of purchase for all warranty registrations, such as original receipts, bank statements, or credit card statements.

To qualify for warranty coverage, items must be purchased from an authorized CRBN retail partner. Items purchased from resale sites such as eBay, Facebook groups, Craigslist, or other unauthorized sources are not eligible for warranty claims.

Warranty Evaluation:

CRBN will determine whether a paddle qualifies for warranty coverage. Replacement paddles assume the remaining warranty period of the original item.

If your item qualifies for a replacement under warranty, it can only be exchanged for the same item as the original purchase (e.g., the same model, size, and color).

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide the following:

  • Detailed photo or video evidence of the defect.
  • A clear image of the paddle’s serial number or any applicable identification marks.

CRBN reserves the right to reject claims where evidence suggests the defect occurred due to misuse, negligence, or factors outside of manufacturer defects.

Non-Covered:

The following situations and conditions are not covered by the warranty-

  • Cosmetic Issues: Normal fading of graphics, minor scratches, or other visual imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from regular use, such as edge guard nicks, grip wear, or other signs of aging from normal play.
  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by striking objects other than a pickleball, improper storage, or other negligent behavior.
  • Deliberate Damage: Any damage caused intentionally or through reckless use, including throwing the paddle, hitting the ground, or other abusive actions.
  • Modifications: Any changes or alterations to the paddles structure or face void the warranty. (Weights, overgrip and edge guard tape are okay.)
  • Non-Authorized Purchases: Purchases from eBay, Facebook groups, Craigslist, or other unauthorized sellers.

Warranty Period Continuation:

If an item is replaced under warranty, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty period of the original item.
