CRBN Pickleball Warranty Policy

At CRBN, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality pickleball gear. We stand behind our products and offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this warranty policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Warranty Duration:

All registered CRBN paddles, bags, and glasses have a 1-YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturer defects and workmanship, starting from the date of receipt and the 365 days following. To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must register your paddle within the first 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility and Proof of Purchase:

The warranty is only valid for the original owner of the item when it was purchased in new condition and is non-transferable. You must provide proof of purchase for all warranty registrations, such as original receipts, bank statements, or credit card statements.

Warranty Evaluation:

CRBN will determine whether a paddle qualifies for warranty coverage. Replacement paddles assume the remaining warranty period of the original item.

Non-Covered:

The following situations and conditions are not covered by the warranty-

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, or negligence.
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchase.
  • Fading of graphics on the paddle.
  • Excessive damage to the edge guard.
  • Impact with objects other than a pickleball, such as the ground or other paddles.
  • If you are not the original purchaser.
  • Purchases from non-authorized CRBN dealers, including Facebook groups, Craigslist, auction sites, or other unauthorized sources.

Warranty Period Continuation:

If a paddle is replaced under warranty, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty period of the original item.
